How does your pricing work? Is there a service call fee?
We quote a service call fee up front when you book — it covers the trip and diagnosis. Before any repair starts you get a written quote for parts and labor, and we don't touch anything until you approve it. No mystery line items, no 'while we were in there' surprises on the invoice.

Do you repair specialty equipment like pizza ovens and espresso machines?
It's our specialty. Deck, conveyor and brick pizza ovens; commercial espresso machines; pasta cookers; combi ovens — the equipment most generalist companies won't touch or will 'diagnose' for three visits. If it makes food or coffee for paying customers, we repair it.
Is it worth repairing, or should I just replace the unit?
We'll tell you straight. If a repair costs more than the remaining life of the equipment is worth, we say so and help you spec a replacement — we also do installation. Roughly, if a repair runs over half the cost of a comparable new unit on old equipment, replacement usually wins. You get the numbers, you make the call.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Is your work warrantied?
Every repair is backed by a parts and labor warranty — we put the terms in writing on your invoice before we leave. If something we fixed fails again inside the warranty window, we come back and make it right at no charge.

My equipment is under manufacturer warranty — can you still help?
If the unit is still under a manufacturer's warranty, warranty work usually has to go through that brand's authorized agent to stay covered — we'll tell you if that's your situation so you don't pay out of pocket for something the factory owes you. Out of warranty, we're typically faster and more flexible than factory service.
